Bluehouse acquired two existing office buildings which will be converted into a Vienna House hotel. Post repositioning, the hotel will offer a total of 200 rooms, with a GLA of ca. 6,300 sqm and a total GBA of ca. 8,300 sqm. The properties are strategically located in the city centre of Katowice in the close proximity of Katowice railway station and International Congress Centre.
