Land development including the master-planning for a mixed-use development in Prague, Czech Republic in co-operation with Grainger UK and Discovery Group CZ. Zizkov in a 130,000 sqm brownfield site located at the edge of the CBD in Prague. Τhe first phase of the site, c. 60,000 sqm of land, is zoned for mixed use which obtained a planning permit for 140,000 sqm of retail, office and residential. The second phase of the site, c. 65,000 sqm of land, is designated for residential use with building rights up to 80,000 sqm.
