Repositioning of a modern class A office building located in the CBD of Tricity, Gdansk, in Poland in cooperation with Reino. The premises offer a total GLA of 24,700 sqm, total GBA of 43,000 sqm. There are 300 underground and 90 surface-level parking spaces.
Sustainability: Alchemia I is the first in Tricity and one of the first projects in Poland being granted a LEED Platinum certification.
