Repositioning of a retail park located in the main road connecting Ostrava and Opava in Czech Republic. The greater area is mostly residential and industrial with stations of public means of transportation being available in close vicinity. The asset offers a total GLA of 7,700 sqm, GBA of 7,800 sqm and 280 surface parking slots. Building rights for additional development of 2,900 sqm were secured, for which a prelease was signed and building permits issued prior to the exit.
