Development of a neighborhood, convenient shopping center scheme, food anchored by hypermarket of 4,400 sqm in the upcoming young family area of Vrbani in Zagreb, Croatia next to the old city and near Jarun lake. Sonae Sierra provided certain development services during execution. Opened in September 2013, the Center offers a total of 12,900 sqm of GLA with 440 underground and 70 surface parking spaces.
