Repositioning of five commercial buildings fully leased to the Romanian subsidiary of Vodafone. Vodafone portfolio consists of two properties located in Bucharest, and three in Bacau, Brasov and Craiova. In total, the five assets occupy an area of 16,000 sqm of GLA and 17,500 sqm of GBA.
