The project involves the development of a Class A office building in Belgrade, Serbia that started operations in 2010. The prominent office scheme of Belgrade offers 31,500 sqm of GLA and 50,000 sqm of total GBA. The premises include 400 underground and 110 ground-level parking spaces. The asset accommodates more than 2,400 sqm ground floor retail area designated primarily for showrooms, F&B and convenience complementary to the offices.
Sustainability: BREEAM certified with “Very Good” rating; The first BREEAM certified building in Serbia and the first Green building in the country by any accreditation system.
Awards: First Green Office Building in Serbia and Green Building Awards for the year 2012 at the Second Annual EuropaProperty CEE Green Building Awards.
