Development of a modern high-quality office space in cooperation with Portland Trust and Ares Management. Started operations in July 2019, the project offers 42,600 sqm of GLA in three office buildings, as well as 579 parking spaces.
Sustainability: All three buildings are accredited by BREEAM “Outstanding”. WELL Health-Safety Rating.
Awards: “Best Bucharest Stand-alone Office Development”, Grand Prix Award for “Best Overall Development”, “Best Office Lease of the Year” for ING (19,000 sqm) in CIJ Romania Awards.
