Logistics Park Poznan, Poland

During August 2021, Logistics Park Poznan was sold to BentallGreenOak, a global real estate investment firm.

The 88,000 sqm project consisted of the development of a  A-Class, multi-tenant logistics center within the Poznan-Jaryszki logistics cluster. At the time of the sale, the Logistics Park was almost fully leased to multinational tenants including Kurier (delivery services), Ekol (logistics operator), FM Logistics (logistics operator) and Still (industrial machinery). The asset is BREEAM certified with a “Pass/Good” rating.
