Bluecenter office building, Serbia

Bluehouse’s participation in Bluecenter was sold to a Serbian investment firm.

The A Class office building is comprised of c. 50,000 sqm of GBA and leased to a prominent tenant mix including Microsoft, Sitel, banks and governmental institutions. Bluecenter was the first BREEAM certified building in Serbia, achieving “Very Good” rating, and the first Green building in the country by any accreditation system.
