Bluehouse Capital sold Logistics Park Ostrava Hrusov Bluehouse Capital sold its Ostrava Hrušov logistics project to CTP Invest in January 2023. The sale includes the completed and fully leased 1st phase of 18,000 sqm and permitted project land for another 76,000 sqm of GLA. Tenants in the first building are Prosperplast, Hyundai Steel, and the logistics company LogFlex.  This strategic site will eventually have a net lettable area of 94,000 sqm and will be CTP’s largest logistics hall in their Czech portfolio.  

“When we purchased the site in 2020, we saw the potential in Ostrava and the vision to transform the Hrušov locality into a modern urban logistics hub. The successful completion of Phase 1 and transformation of the site is a testament to the work over the previous three years and provides a natural milestone to handover the project to a long-term investor-developer such as CTP” says Iain Fanthorpe, Managing Director Bluehouse Capital Czech Republic.
