Olympia Office Tower in Bucharest, Romania was sold in January 2023.

The asset comprised of c. 10,000 sqm of GLA leased to tenants including financial institutions and insurance companies while the ground floor was occupied by Mega Image. The asset was certified with a BREEAM certification scoring “Very Good” level and at the time of the disposal it was almost fully leased.
