Logistics Park Silesia in Poland was sold in December 2022.

The project consisted of 32,800 sqm A-Class multi-tenant logistics space and built to the highest standards, scoring a BREEAM certification with an “Excellent” rating. At the time of the disposal, the logistics facility was 100% leased.
