The asset was sold to a European real estate investment firm. The investment initiated in February 2018 and consisted of an 8,500 sqm built-to-suit development of a logistics center with DHL as single tenant under a 10-year triple net lease. The development was concluded as per the initial underwriting and the project was BREEAM certified with “Very Good” rating.
