Retail Park Becsi, Budapest Hungary

The project was sold to a Hungarian fund manager. The 12,000 sqm GLA project was acquired in October 2013. At the time of sale the retail park was anchored by Tesco under a long term lease which had been renegotiated by Bluehouse.
