During July 2021, Point Shopping Center was sold to Trigal, a Slovenian real estate investment firm. The Center was acquired as a retail development project in 2007.

Point Shopping Center is a neighborhood, convenient shopping center scheme and comprised of c. 13,500 sqm of retail space. The Center is anchored by supermarket Konzum which occupies c. 30% of the GLA while offering a diverse mix of other tenants including fashion, health & beauty, and homeware retailers as well as extensive F&B areas. At the time of the sale, the Center was fully occupied. The asset is BREEAM certified with a “Very Good” rating.
