Expo Business Park, Romania

Expo Business Park in Bucharest, Romania was sold to listed Austrian real estate company S Immo. The sale represents the largest office transaction in Romania in 2022.

The 42,600 sqm of GLA office complex offers a range of innovative technologies and sustainable solutions. Expo Business Park houses the Romanian headquarters of ING which occupies c. 48% of the total area under a long-term lease while the tenant mix for the other two buildings includes Regus, A&D Pharma, Tractebel, Cargill, Mars and others.
