Logistics Park Lodz, Poland

Bluehouse has entered in the development of a Class A multi-tenant logistics park, which will be developed in two phases. The logistics facility is located in the vicinity of Lodz, the third largest city in Poland. The development site benefits from access to the A2 (Berlin, Poznan, Lodz and Warsaw), S14 (Lodz ring road) and S8 motorways (Warsaw, Lodz, Wroclaw) while it is located in close vicinity to Lodz International Airport.
