Logistics Park Silesia, Poland

Bluehouse has entered in the development of a class A multi-tenant logistics park amounting to 31,000 sqm of warehouse space and 2,000 sqm of office space within the Upper Silesia Region, which will be developed in two phases. Upper Silesia is the second biggest logistics market in Poland with the greater region having one of the most extensive railway networks in the country while a dedicated Airport Cargo department is operating in the Katowice airport.
