Logistics Park Warsaw, Poland

The logistics park was sold to a Luxembourg company representing the interests of a sovereign wealth fund. Bluehouse initiated the investment in September 2017, for the development of a multi-tenant logistics facility offering 52,000 sqm of warehouse space accompanied by 4,000 sqm of office space. The development was concluded as per the initial underwriting and the project was BREEAM certified with “Good” rating.
